Artsiom Parakhouski joined Tsmoki-Minsk, the Belarusian club competing in both the Basketball Champions League and VTB League announced Friday.
Parakhouski, 33, returns to the Champions League following his brief 2019-20 stint with SIG Strasbourg. He will play for a team of his home country for the first time as a pro.
The experienced center last played for Strasbourg. He posted 5.8 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 1.0 assists per Jeep Elite contest, and also had 9.7 points, 8.7 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.0 steals, and 1.0 blocks per BCL game.
His lengthy career features 82 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague appearances between Nizhny Novgorod, UNICS Kazan, and Maccabi Tel Aviv. He has also made his way to 56 matches of the 7DAYS EuroCup.
Tsmoki-Minsk is currently ranked second in BCL Group C off its 2-1 tally. A 1-3 start in the VTB is good enough for 11th place.
