In a game with some ups and downs for both teams, Turk Telekom came out victorious over Limoges CSP with 75-70 on the scoreboard.
Turk Telekom improved to 3-1 in Basketball Champions League Group G while leaving Limoges at 1-3.
Nick Johnson was the man of the match with 18 points, 13 assists, eight rebounds and two steals for the victors while Kyle Wiltjer added 16 points and nine boards. Sam Dekker was also close to a double-double with 14 and nine.
For Limoges, Phil Scrubb scored 18 on 4-6 from deep in addition to Nicolas Lang’s 14 and Speedy Smith’s 12 points.
Turk Telekom had an early 17-11 lead but Limoges was the team ahead at halftime (35-31). The bench was the main advantage for Limoges, however, the starters of Turk Telekom took over in the second half (50-42) and dominated the paint of the French team to seal their downfall.
