Benedek Varadi was close to a triple-double in the convincing 83-59 road win for Falco Szombathely over Pszczolka Start Lublin.
Varadi logged 19 points, eight rebounds, seven assists and three steals while Boris Barac scored 14 in addition to De’Quon Lake and Evan Bruinsma’s 12 points each.
For the losing side, Martins Laksa had 13 and Yannick Franke 12 points.
With this win, Falco improved to 3-2 in Group D, the same record as Nizhny Novgorod, against which they will face off for the playoff ticket. Lublin was already eliminated from the race and they stay winless (0-5).
