Powered by 48 points in the paint, AEK finished the Basketball Champions League Regular Season with a win, 95-90, against Tsmoki-Minsk at the Falcon Club Wednesday. The win punched in a playoffs ticket for the fifth consecutive season.
Keith Langford contributed a game-high 32 points behind 8/11 field goals including 5/6 three-pointers to the clinching victory. Yanick Moreira as the key player inside ended up with 21 points to his name. Matt Lojeski added 17 points.
Derek Cooke Jr. went for 19 points and grabbed nine rebounds for the losing side of the Regular Season Gameday 11 contest. Kris Clyburn and Andrei Stabrouski registered 18 points each.
AEK went up to 4-2 to complete its Group C schedule. The hosts fell to 2-4 and were eliminated from the next round.
