Peristeri in search of yet another midseason adjustment is considering the addition of Linos Chrysikopoulos, per Eurohoops sources. The 28-year-old forward is in the process of being released by AEK.
Chrysikopoulos joined the Yellow-Blacks in 2019 following the completion of his second stint at PAOK. His second season set to be cut short featured him at 3.0 points per Basketball Champions League appearance and 6.7 points per domestic contest.
Peristeri is 2-3 in Basketball Champions League Group E with a shot to clinch a playoffs berth against VEF Riga on the road Tuesday. The team coached by Argyris Pedoulakis sits at 7-5 in Greece’s Basket League.
