Nizhny Novgorod has penned a deal with experienced forward Andrey Vorontsevich for the remainder of the season, the club announced Wednesday.
33-year-old Vorontsevich will return to action after last playing for CSKA in the 2019-20 campaign, before exiting the Army Team after 14 seasons and is set to make his Basketball Champions League debut with Nizhny.
Three-time EuroLeague champion Vorontsevich appeared in 20 games with CSKA before the 2019-20 campaign came to an abrupt end, averaging 3.6 points and 2.1 rebounds in 13:35 minutes on the court.
