A couple of weeks after recovering from multiple coronavirus cases, AEK confirmed a new positive result for a player among the latest tests. Following tests will determine a potential coronavirus spread within the team.
The Greek club is coming off a home win versus SIG Strasbourg in Basketball Champions League Round of 16 Gameday 3 action. Multiple injuries permitted only ten players available last Tuesday.
Away games against Strasbourg and Nizhny Novgorod are scheduled for next week after a weekend domestic game.
