Omar Cook has tested positive for coronavirus, Hereda San Pablo Burgos announced Monday.
Cook, 39, is the latest member of the Spanish club returning a positive test. He has been isolated at home under the guidelines implemented by local health authorities.
His case is the ninth detected between players and other team members the past three weeks at Burgos.
Joan Penarroya’s side has been held away from action since March 9. The team is scheduled to resume the Basketball Champions League Round of 16 activity and face VEF Riga in Latvia on Wednesday.
