AEK Athens is expected to part ways with 20-year-old Draft prospect Nikos Rogkavopoulos. The Greek forward will become a free agent, ending the six-year contract he signed with AEK in 2017.
Rogkavopoulos’ side will make an appeal for the salaries that he’s owed by AEK while making starting the procedures that are needed for the termination of the player’s contract. AEK doesn’t want to keep Rogkavopoulos, who has been refusing to participate in the team practices since late March.
In the 2020-21 Basketball Champions League, Rogkavopoulos was averaging 3.0 points and 1.7 rebounds.
