Igokea has been one of the most pleasant surprises of the season and they closed their season in Basketball Champions League on a good note with a 64-58 win over VEF Riga.
The Bosnian team improved to a 3-3 record in Group J where Lenovo Tenerife and Hereda San Pablo Burgos advanced further. Riga stayed winless, losing all six games.
Jackie Carmichael led the way with 12 points and nine rebounds in this low-scoring clash while Dalibor Ilic added ten points. Darko Talic logged 11 and Stefan Fundic nine points.
On the opposing side, Isaiah Pineiro scored 16 and Kristers Zoriks ten points while Kyle Allman helped with eight and Michael Kyser with seven points.
