Artem Pustovyi will not continue with Barcelona and, according to Chema de Lucas, he has been drawing interest from Unicaja.
Pustovyi has spent the past three seasons with Barcelona, logging a total of 80 games across Spanish competitions and the EuroLeague. In the 2020-21 campaign, he averaged 7.8 points and 3.2 rebounds in the Spanish League, where he received the most minutes by coach Sarunas Jasikeveicius with 14.5 per game.
Prior to Barca, the Ukrainian center played with Obradoiro and Khimik. He won the Ukrainian League back in 2015 and has become the Spanish league champions this season.
The 28-year-old has experienced Eurochallenge, EuroCup, and EuroLeague and will, if he signs with Unicaja, have a chance to log minutes in the Basketball Champions League as well.
