Tofas acquired Pako Cruz to complete its first signing of the offseason on Friday.
Cruz, 31, is coming off a strong season in Turkey with HDI Sigorta Afyon Belediye. He averaged 19.6 points, 5.5 assists, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.2 steals per BSL match.
The Mexico guard will be back in the Basketball Champions League following his 2018-19 stint attached to Fuenlabrada. He has also played in Latvia and Lithuania since moving to Europe in 2015.
The Turkish club is confirmed for its second straight season in the BCL.
