Yanick Moreira is set to return to Peristeri, according to Eurohoops sources.
Moreira, 29, spent the 2019-20 season at Peristeri. He went on joining AEK last season.
The 2019 Basketball Champions League champion with Virtus Segafredo Bologna is looking into a fourth straight BCL campaign with his new side seeking to clinch a Regular Season berth at home. Since 2018, he has made his way to 41 Champions League games between AEK, Peristeri, Virtus Bologna, and PAOK.
His new team has already brought in two other players from AEK, Dimitris Moraitis and Dimitris Katsivelis. Josh Hagins has also been added to the squad and Terran Petteway retained.
Peristeri will go up against Salon Vilpas or U-BT Cluj-Napoca in the second qualifying round. The surviving team of Fribourg Olympic, Split, and AEK Larnaca will be the remaining rival for the BCL Regular Season spot with a potential win.
