Wes Clark has penned a two-year contract to return to Happy Casa Brindisi, the team announced.

Clark, 26, first played at Brindisi in his rookie pro year out of Buffalo. He was forced to the sidelines due to injury for a large part of that 2018-19 season. Three years forward, he is back to work again under head coach Francesco Vitucci and debut in the Basketball Champions League.

The former Missouri and Buffalo guard in the NCAA has spent most of his career in Italy. He started the previous season in Germany but was back in January for Reyer Venezia. He logged 7.7 points, 2.6 assists, and 2.0 rebounds per LBA game over 17 appearances.

Nathan Adrian, Myles Carter, Jeremy Chappell, Josh Perkins, and Scott Ulaneo were already in this summer for the Italian team. Nick Perkins, a former Buffalo teammate of Clark, and Raphael Gaspardo have re-signed.

Brindisi is heading to the BCL Regular Season as part of Group G along with Hapoel Unet-Credit Holon, Darussafaka Tekfen, and one more team surviving the qualifying rounds.
