Filou Oostende has re-signed Pierre-Antoine Gillet until 2024, the team announced Wednesday.
Gillet, 30, returned to Oostende last season after three years split between France and Spain. He had introduced himself to the Basketball Champions League back in 2016-17, prior to his departure, and has since upped his total of games played to 47. He logged 8.8 points per match last season.
The Belgium national team regular has captured five domestic championships, between his two Oostende stints. His side has been the champion every year since 2012.
Mikael Jantunen and Phil Booth are the confirmed newcomers as the Belgian team approaches the 2021-22 edition of the Champions League. SIG Strasbourg, Tofas, and one more side jumping out of the qualifiers are in the way of the next round.
