AEK officially announced the signing of Juan Pablo Vaulet with a two-year contract, a deal which was reported by Eurohoops almost two months ago.
25-year-old Vaulet spent the previous two seasons with Manresa in the Spanish Liga Endesa and the Basketball Champions League, while he averaged 9.1 points and 4.1 rebounds in 14 games in the latter competition during the 2020-21 campaign.
This is the second non-Greek addition of AEK after Quino Colom that becomes official, so one may suspect that the club has already settled or at least is in the process of settling the record 14 FIBA bans that prevent them from international transfers.
