AEK announced that the team has reached a deal with Stevan Jelovac for the upcoming season.
“I am excited to be part of the history of such a big club as AEK. I know where I came from. I was an opponent of AEK, recently, when I was playing in Bamberg. I look forward to playing and wearing the jersey with the double-headed eagle. Before I signed, I spoke with coach Dedas, who stressed to me what he wants to do in the new AEK and the most important thing is to create a family,” Jelovac said.
The 32-year-old Serbian big played last season in Japan where he averaged 18.9 points. He has garnered Basketball Champions League, EuroLeague and EuroCup experience throughout his career.
