Falco Szombathely’s home court was always a tough one to conquer but SIG Strasbourg managed to do just that with an 85-63 win.
The French squad improved to 2-1 in Group L of the Basketball Champions League Round of 16 while Falco will have to step up big-time if they wish to recover from the 0-3 start.
DeAndre Lansdowne led the way with 22 points while Matt Mitchell added 14, Leo Cavaliere 12, and Ike Udanoh 12 points. Jean-Baptiste Maille scored ten points but also dished out nine assists and grabbed six rebounds.
On the opposing side, Zoltan Perl was the top scorer with 21 points followed by Gyorgy Goloman with 11 and Benedek Varadi with ten points.
