BAXI Manresa announced that guard Frankie Ferrari signed a contract for the rest of the season. The American guard returns to the club after stints in 2019-20 and 2021.
Ferrari, 26, began the season in Spain with Zaragoza. He was averaging 5.3 points and 2.0 assists in 17:34 minutes over seven ACB appearances this season.
A year ago, Ferrari announced that he’s retiring from basketball but came back to action some months afterward by joining the Santa Cruz Warriors, Golden State‘s affiliate team, in G League. He played in three games, averaging 9.0 points, 4.7 assists and 2.7 rebounds over 26.0 minutes.
Earlier in November, Manresa also brought NBA forward Jake Layman to Europe for the first time in his career.
