Imposing its rhythm and offensive ability both in the second (28-21) and in the fourth (28-16) quarter, Galatasaray took home the convincing 88-75 win against Hapoel Holon.
Dylan Ennis was the main protagonist for the Turkish side, scoring 24 points. Angelo Caloiaro added a double-double of 18 points and 10 rebounds off the bench.
21-year-old talent Sadik Emir Kabaca showed off with 17 points, while former Hapoel Holon player Tyrus McGee scored 8 points off the bench.
Joe Ragland, who was the only player averaging 15+ points, 5+ rebounds, and 5+ assists per game in the BCL this season before the game, had 11 points and 7 assists on the losing side.
Erick Green was the highest scorer on Guy Goodes’ team, as he ended the game with 15 points.
Galatasaray has now won each of its last five home games played in the BCL regular season, while Hapoel Holon found its first loss after five games winning streak.
With this win, Andreas Pistiolis’ team managed to turn around the points difference after Hapoel Holon’s 82-73 home win on Gameday 3. Both teams are currently on a 3-1 record in Group C.
