Darusafaka strengthened its guard rotation with a Canadian national team player. According to the club’s announcement, a 1+1 year contract was signed with Lloyd Pandi, who played for Carleton College in his country.
The 23-year-old, 1.93-meter- scoring guard played an average of 29.1 minutes in 16 games this season, contributing 17.0 points, 8.6 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 1.8 steal.
On April 10, 2022, Lloyd Pandi announced via social media that he will no longer be playing for the Carleton Ravens and enter the 2022 NBA Draft. In his second and last season with the Ravens, Pandi won the national U Sports Championship a second time and received the national award for U Sports Player of the Year (Mike Moser Most Valuable Player Award).
