In a very high-scoring encounter, Unicaja Malaga got the 88-85 win against PAOK in Greece and extended its winning streak to five consecutive games.
Kendrick Perry was the highest scorer on Ibon Navarro’s team with 19 points and 6 assists. Tyson Carter joined him with 16.
David Kravish had a great overall game with 13 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists.
Yannick Franke was the best on the losing side, as he ended the game with 27 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists. Jaylen Hands followed with 19.
Jalen Riley, who has averaged 22.2 points per game in his previous five BCL home appearances, finished with 15 points.
Unicaja Malaga, so far the most dominating team in the 2022-23 Basketball Champions League, was better than the opponents in fast break points (22 vs 3), and points in the paint (36 vs 28).
The Spanish side, which is already through as group winners, is now 5-0, while PAOK (1-4) has lost eight of its last nine games in the BCL.
