Once again, the Basketball Champions League delivered high-level games, new teams qualified for the Round of 16, and some clubs who are already out of the competition.
The Basketball Champions League, joined by the Viziball Advanced Stats system, listed who had the best performances in Week 9 of the competition:
- Marko Josilo had an all-around performance of 8 points, 11 rebounds, 7 assists, 2 steals, and a block in Igokea’s victory against ERA Nymburk.
- Kendrick Perry had 19 points and 6 assists, including the go-ahead bucket in the final minute, against PAOK in Unicaja Malaga’s win in Greece. The fifth in a row.
- David Holston led JDA Bourgogne Dijon to the win on the road against Sassari. He had 21 points, 5 three-pointers, and 5 assists, confirming his team’s second place in the group and the home-court advantage in the Play-In Series.
- Jeff Withey was perfect both from the field (5/5) and at the charity stripe (3/3), finishing with 13 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 assists in Bilbao’s blowout win against Bahcesehir.
- Maurice Kemp had an incredible performance against Rytas Vilnius, recording a double-double of 33 points and 11 rebounds, with 4 assists and 14 made shots from inside the arc, while resting for just seven seconds in the entire win.
