Wrapping up the fourth campaign in the Basketball Champions League, Falco Vulcano Szombathely goes out on a high note

Out of contention for a place in the next stages of the Basketball Champions League, Falco Vulcano Szombathely routed SIG Strasbourg, 89-71, Wednesday.

Stefan Pot poured 12 of his 14 points in the first half of the Regular Season Gameday 6 contest. The Serbian point guard additionally producing five assists and four rebounds, was huge in keeping his side in touch, rather than falling further behind early in the game.

Signed earlier this week, Latvian small forward Rodions Kurucs started and went for 14 points, five assists, five rebounds, two steals, and one block in his team and BCL debut.

More first appearances in the Champions League as youngsters Simon Correa and Maxim Ilvovskiy both came off the bench for Strasbourg. Also, Zsolt Takacs made his own debut on the winning end.
