After losing Game 1 in Germany, Limoges CSP bounced back in front of its audience and beat MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg 82-62 to force Game 3.

Home crowd favorite Nicolas Lang had an incredible night with 27 points, 3 rebounds, 4/5 from the perimeter, and 7/7 at the line.

He was the only one in double digits for the French side alongside Javontae Hawkins. The former Bonn player had 18 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists, shooting 6/9 from the field.

Eddy Edigin was by far the best player on Joshua King’s team, scoring 17 points with 8 rebounds and 5/5 FG off the bench in only 16:26 minutes on the court. Prentiss Hubb added 14.

Justin Johnson captured 10 rebounds but struggled shooting (2/13 FG) and scored only 4 points. Jhonathan Dunn had the same problems, ending the game with 5 points and 2/10 FG.

Limoges CSP was better than its opponents in basically every aspect of the game, dominating it from the second quarter (22-6). They also went up by 29 points at the beginning of the fourth quarter.

The winner of this best-of-three series will meet Galatasaray, Unicaja Malaga, and AEK in Group K of the 2022-23 Basketball Champions League Round of 16.
