After spending the 2020/21 season with the Laktaši squad, Jackie Carmichael signed with Cedevita Olimpija and later moved to Gaziantep, from which he is now returning to Igokea m:tel.
The big man, with rich experience playing all around Europe, demonstrated excellent games for the Laktaši squad during his first episode in the Igokea jersey and was a key member of the team that reached the Semi-finals of the AdmiralBet ABA League.
Last season, he averaged 4.8 points and 2.5 rebounds per game in the Turkish BSL with Gaziantep.
Igokea has already signed Edin Atic, Zoran Nikolic, Stefan Moody, and Marko Jeremic, while talented Dusan Makita signed a professional contract.
Athletic center Jamuni McNease signs for PAOK
PAOK mateco announces the agreement with basketball player Jamuni McNease, who will play for the Greek team in the 2023-24 season.
McNease’s basketball journey began at Allen High School, and he later attended the University of Oklahoma, graduating in 2019. He started his professional career in Finland, followed by a stint with the Harko Merlins in Germany during the 2020-21 season. Afterward, he played 26 games with Vanoli Cremona in Italy. In the 2022-23 season, he moved to Turkey and joined Yalova (A2), where he impressed with 11.7 points, 7.1 rebounds, 1.1 assists, and 1.5 steals per game in 39 league appearances, averaging about 26 minutes on the court.
