The champs are back! After missing the Basketball Champions League Week 1 action due to their game against Hapoel Holon being postponed, Telekom Baskets Bonn is back in the competition after winning it all in their first-ever year on board.

Losing in the 2023 FIBA Intercontinental Cup, the German team will debut in this year’s BCL against Bursaspor, as the Turkish team will try to bounce back after not getting the upper hand on the road against Rio Breogan in Week 1.

Peristeri’s redemption and AEK’s back-to-back on the way?

Week 2 will present also Group A’s action, with Peristeri looking forward to redeeming itself against Falco Szombathely after the blowout 28-point loss suffered on French soil last week, while Le Mans will face last year’s semifinalist Unicaja Malaga.

While Kill Bill’s team is still finding a way to win its first game in this year’s Basketball Champions League, a stacked AEK will travel to Sardinia to possibly take down Dinamo Sassari, pushed by Ben McLemore and teammates. Surprising the Italians in Week 1, King Szczecin is set to face on the road MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg, which lost the black-and-yellow battle last week.

Finally, pushing Darussafaka to the first win against his former team VEF Riga, Kyle Allman will try to surprise the most veteran team in the competition and two-time BCL champions Lenovo Tenerife for the lead in Group C. One between Cholet Basket and the Latvian team, instead, will find its first victory of the Regular Season.
