After AEK Athens became the first team to grab their fourth win of the Basketball Champions League regular season, JDA Dijon followed in the same footsteps.
The French side stayed perfect and improved to 4-0 with a dominant 99-64 win over BK Opava at home, to secure one of the first three spots in Group B, therefore a move to the play-ins at least.
Cameron Hunt led the scoring for Dijon with 21 points, while Ahmad Caver had 17 with five rebounds and four assists for a team-high PIR of 22.
David Holston followed them with 16 points; Allan Dokossi was a rebound shy of a double-double with 13 points, while Jacques Alingue added 10 points.
Adam Pechacek stood out for Opava with 16 points, while Marques Townes was the only other player in double figures with 11 points.
The hosts were in command from the very beginning, gaining a 16-4 lead in the early minutes. In the second period, Dijon allowed only eight points to the opponent and had a 49-24 lead at halftime. The French side then went to 75-36 in the final minutes of the third period, securing an unattainable lead, with Opava not being able to even trim the deficit significantly in the last quarter.
