Promitheas Patras announced the signing of former NBA guard Tim Frazier. The American player is back in the Greek League and the Basketball Champions League where he previously played with AEK Athens and, most lately, SIG Strasbourg.
Frazier averaged 11.3 points, 5.0 assists and 2.8 rebounds with AEK in 2022-23 while posting 8.3 points, 4.4 assists and 3.3 rebounds over seven games upon his move to Strasbourg.
Before he joined AEK to play in Europe for the first time in his career, Frazier registered 304 games in the NBA with the Philadelphia 76ers, Portland Trail Blazers, New Orleans Pelicans, Milwaukee Bucks, Detroit Pistons, Memphis Grizzlies, Orlando Magic and the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Frazier is joining a Promitheas team that is 2-2 in Group B of the Basketball Champions League and third in the Greek League standings at 7-3.
