Familiar faces combining with new players are piling up across the Basketball Champions League

Dragan Milosavljevic is sticking around for at least one more season with Igokea m:tel. The team captain made his way to seven games of the Basketball Champions League over the last two seasons with the Laktasi outfit. Bouncing back for more appearances, he joined Sacar Anim, Luka Galic, Vojin Ilic, Velibor Milovanovic, and Ognjen Radosic on the list of players placed on the roster for the team coached by Nenad Stefanovic.

Preparing for the BCL and Spain’s Liga Endesa, UCAM Murcia and Baxi Manresa opened summer moves. For the Universitarios, Montenegrin Marko Todorovic signed a 1+1 contract extension. After naming Diego Ocampo the head coach, Manresa penned Bodian Massa to a 1+1 contract.

From averaging a league-high 21.9 points per game in the 2023-24 installment of the FIBA Europe Cup with Legia Warszawa, Christian Vital moved to Bertram Derthona Tortona in the Champions League. Tommy Kuhse was already in for the Italian club.

Strengthening in the Qualifiers

On the way to the Qualifiers for a spot in the Regular Season, Telenet Giants Antwerp signed Elias Lasisi for the next two years. Across his career, the 32-year-old Belgian swingman logged 28 appearances in the BCL between Filou Oostende and Brose Bamberg. Kevin Tumba was the first summer signing for the team guided by new head coach Geert Hammink.

In the first summer signing for PAOK mateco, Frank Bartley IV inked a one-year contract to join the team coached by Massimo Cancellieri. After playing for the Bakken Bears in the 2021 Qualifiers, the 30-year-old guard is back for the same stage of the BCL.

Elsewhere, Cyprus champion Keravnos extended the contract of captain Simon Michail until the end of the 2025-26 season. Earlier in the offseason, head coach Michalis Kakiouzis renewed his contract and Pano Pavlidis emerged as the first addition.

Former North Carolina State standout Devon Daniels entered the list of newcomers for Spartak Office Shoes. He followed Rasir Bolton, Kaza Kajami-Keane, Stefan Momirov, Danilo Nikolic, and Matej Rudan.
