Returning from a long assignment at Neptunas as the most valuable player of Lithuania’s Betsafe LKL, Azuolas Tubelis was confirmed by LKL champion Rytas for the 2024-25 season. Last season, he tallied 17.2 points and 7.2 rebounds per contest. Earlier in the offseason, his hometown team officially placed Savion Flagg, Martynas Paliukenas and Ignas Sargiunas on the roster.

Double champion in Latvia, VEF Riga welcomed Issuf Sanon, the 44th pick of the 2018 NBA draft. The 24-year-old Ukrainian point guard signed a one-year contract to join forces with new head coach Martins Gulbis. Back in the 2017-18 and 2018-19 seasons, he made his way to 15 BCL games with Petrol Olimpija, since merged into Cedevita Olimpija.

The champion of Belgium for 13 years in a row, Filou Oostende announced that 23-year-old Haris Bratanovic and 25-year-old Servaas Buysschaert are returning for the next season. As confirmed earlier in the offseason, Estonian Matthias Tass is running it back as well.
