Basketball Champions League experience counts for Nanterre 92 and Peristeri, heading to the 2024-25 season

Nanterre 92 is the next challenge for 34-year-old Paul Lacombe. The experienced swingman penned a two-year contract. Coming in with 57 games played in the Basketball Champions League between SIG Strasbourg and AS Monaco, he will team up with Milan Barbitch, Noa Calabre, Lucas Dussoulier, Lucas Fischer, Frank Jackson, Simeon Kalemba, Roko Prkacin, Desi Rodriguez, and Benjamin Sene.

A veteran of 88 appearances in the Champions League, 40-year-old point guard Vassilis Xanthopoulos signed a one-year contract extension with Peristeri. Neoklis Avdalas, Tobin Carberry, Dimitris Chatzis, C.J. Harris, Alexis Kamperidis, Stelios Poulianitis, Sotiris Stavrakopoulos, and Vangelis Zougris were already in for the team coached by Giorgos Limniatis.

Pinar Karsiyaka welcomed 26-year-old Damien Jefferson. Introducing himself to the top-tier club continental competition of FIBA Europe last season, Jefferson logged nine appearances with Filou Oostende. After one year in Belgium, Jayden Gardner emerged as the latest newcomer for Rasta Vechta. The 24-year-old power forward will play alongside Joel Aminu, Tyger Campbell, Isaiah Cozart, Joschka Ferner, Johann Grunloh, Brandon Randolph, Ryan Schwieger, Grant Sherfield, and Luc Van Slooten, under the guidance of Martin Schiller.

Brandon Brown powers up Oradea

Coming in with 42 BCL appearances and an MVP nod for December of the 2021-22 season, 34-year-old guard Brandon Brown penned a one-year contract with CSM Oradea. Luca Nastrut, Bobe Nicolescu, Paulius Petrilevicius, Kris Richard, Marian Schmidt, Donatas Tarolis, Rolland Torok, and Kalif Young are confirmed new teammates.

PAOK mateco extended a one-year contract for 19-year-old Thodoris Skoulariotis and a three-year contract for 18-year-old Vangelis Giannatos. Other confirmed players are Frank Bartley IV, Jake Forrester, Cedric Henderson Jr., Konstantinos Iatridis, Dimitris Katsivelis, Rocky Kreuser, Christos Manthopoulos, Kostas Papadakis, Nikos Persidis, and Shavar Reynolds Jr.

MoraBanc Andorra announced a two-year contract extension for 32-year-old Rafa Luz. Boosting the bid to reach the Regular Season of the BCL, Ferran Bassas, Nikos Chougkaz, Sekou Doumbouya, Shannon Evans, Kyle Kuric, Ben Lammers, and Chumi Ortega were signed earlier in the summer.

Nymburk, Kalev/Cramo, Levice

Another Qualifiers outfit, ERA Nymburk, tabbed 27-year-old Tylan Birts, and replaced injured Tookie Brown with 28-year-old Stephen Brown. Keeping 23-year-old Kaspar Kitsing, Kalev/Cramo completed the 2024-25 squad. Leemet Bockler, Martin Dorbek, Kregor Hermet, Artem Kovalov, Tanel Kurbas, Severi Kaukiainen, Gregor Kuuba, Anrijs Miska, Arik Smith, Kasper Suurorg, Patrick Tape, and Hugo Toom were previously confirmed for the next season.

Patrioti Levice penned 27-year-old Ty Nichols to a one-year contract. David Abrham, Boris Bojanovsky, Daniel Chaban, Karl Gamble, Stephon Jelks, Alex Krajcovic, Lukas Kulcar, Patrik Pazicky, Samuel Solcansky, and Felix Terins were already in for the Slovakia champions.

Nokia, Den Bosch, Juventus

Nokia secured the services of 21-year-old Santeri Roiko and retained 26-year-old Tomas Murphy. Already entered in the squad were Fiifi Aidoo, Antti Ahonen, Max Besselink, Hugo Boman, Niko Mattila, Aamos Nikula, and Kahron Ross.

Penning a two-year contract, 23-year-old Xavier Cork starts his professional career at Heroes Den Bosch. Menno Dijkstra, Justin Kier, Troy Koehler, and Luuk van Bree were earlier arrivals. Sherron Dorsey-Walker is among the returning players.

Uniclub Casino – Juventus signed 23-year-old Justinas Ramanauskas for the next season. He joined Laurynas Beliauskas, Sarunas Beniusis, Joe Chealey, Titas Didzgalvis, Dominic Green, Karolis Lukosiunas, Gediminas Orelik, Ernestas Sederevicius, Zygimantas Skucas. and LJ Thorpe.

Trepca, Benfica, Rilski

Two newcomers for Trepca, 27-year-old Malik Johnson and 31-year-old Larry Thomas joined the Kosovo outfit. Earlier summer connections went to Desmond Cambridge Jr., Anes Gashi, Drilon Hajrizi, Sammy Hunter, and Batin Tuna.

Benfica retained 28-year-old Daniel Relvao for a second consecutive year. Nico Carvacho, Trey Drechsel, Eduardo Francisco, and Ahmaad Rorie were already placed on the roster.

After Laquincy Rideau, Rilski Sportist picked up 24-year-old Jure Planinic.
