Oostende lands Audige, Saint-Quentin signs Goudou-Sinha, Peristeri gets Papas

Several teams pick up new players, including Filou Oostende securing the services of 25-year-old guard Chase Audige

After spending one season in the G League, 25-year-old Chase Audige moved to Filou Oostende and the Basketball Champions League. In his first professional campaign, the Northwestern product tallied 4.8 points and 2.9 rebounds per G League game. With the Belgian champions, he will play alongside Haris Bratanovic, Servaas Buysschaert, Simon Buysse, Corentin Efono, Pierre Antoine-Gillet, Edney Francisco Manuel, Noah Meeusen, and Matthias Tass.

Saint-Quentin welcomed Enzo Goudou-Sinha after placing Lucas Boucaud on the injury list for several weeks. Goudou-Sinha, 25, is a veteran of 18 games played in the BCL with Cholet. Mohamed Diakite, Noah Kirkwood, Khalid Moore, Dominik Olejniczak, Giovan Oniangue, William Pfister, Jerome Robinson, Marcus Santos-Silva, Loic Schwartz, and Nolan Traore are the remaining players in the squad.

A newcomer to the top-tier club continental competition of FIBA Europe, 28-year-old Gage Davis joined VEF Riga. Vyacheslav Bobrov, Harrison Cleary, Jaquan Lawrence, Issuf Sanon, and Kristaps Soldatenoks were earlier summer signings for the team coached by Martins Gulbis. Also, 38-year-old Marius Gulbis re-signed, besides Dairis Bertans and Rodrigo Bumeisters returning for a second straight season.

King Szczecin, Peristeri, Chemnitz

Another Champions League rookie, 25-year-old forward Kassim Nicholson will play for King Wilki Morskie Szczecin. After two years in Hungary and one in Serbia, his next stop is in Poland alongside Kacper Borowski, Chad Brown, Filip Matczak, Andrzej Mazurczak, Tony Meier, Szymon Wojcik, James Woodard, and Przemyslaw Zolnierewicz.

From three BCL appearances with Promitheas, 26-year-old George Papas moved his talents to Peristeri for the next season. His new teammates are Neoklis Avdalas, Tobin Carberry, Dimitris Chatzis, C.J. Harris, Alexis Kamperidis, Stelios Poulianitis, Sotiris Stavrakopoulos, Vassilis Xanthopoulos, and Vangelis Zougris, under the guidance of new head coach Giorgos Limniatis.

Another active team, Niners Chemnitz penned 24-year-old C.J. Penha to a two-year contract. After two games played in the Champions League with the Norrkoping Dolphins, he joined forces with Roman Bedime, Eddy Edigin Jr., Jeff Garrett, Jaron Johnson, DeAndre Lansdowne, Olivier Nkamhoua, Jonas Richter, Nicholas Tischler, and Aher Uguak.

Nokia, PAOK, Oradea

Returning to the Qualifiers for a second year, 27-year-old Xavier Green signed a one-year contract with Nokia. Antti Ahonen, Fiifi Aidoo, Max Besselink, Hugo Boman, Niko Mattila, Tomas Murphy, Aamos Nikula, Santeri Roiko, and Kahron Ross were previously placed on the roster.

PAOK mateco picked up 31-year-old center Devonte Upson, placing him alongside Frank Bartley IV, Jake Forrester, Vangelis Giannatos, Cedric Henderson Jr., Konstantinos Iatridis, Dimitris Katsivelis, Rocky Kreuser, Christos Manthopoulos, Kostas Papadakis, Nikos Persidis, Shavar Reynolds Jr., and Thodoris Skoulariotis.

Travante Williams and Sayeed Pridgett strengthened the CSM Oradea bid in the Qualification Rounds. Their new teammates are Brandon Brown, Luca Nastrut, Bobe Nicolescu, Paulius Petrilevicius, Kris Richard, Marian Schmidt, Donatas Tarolis, Rolland Torok, and Kalif Young.

Levice, Den Bosch, Benfica, Trepca

Finnish Joel Mantynen signed with Patrioti Levice. The 22-year-old guard is teaming up with David Abrham, Boris Bojanovsky, Daniel Chaban, Karl Gamble, Stephon Jelks, Alex Krajcovic, Lukas Kulcar, Ty Nicholds, Patrik Pazicky, Samuel Solcansky, and Felix Terins.

Coming out of Oklahoma, Le’tre Darthard joined Heroes Den Bosch. His first professional challenge meets fellow summer signings Xavier Cork, Menno Dijkstra, Justin Kier, Troy Koehler, and Luuk van Bree.

Elsewhere, 28-year-old Diogo Gameiro signed a two-year contract extension with Benfica. Earlier moves placed Nico Carvacho, Trey Drechsel, Eduardo Francisco, Ahmaad Rorie, and Daniel Relvao in the squad.

After confirming Desmond Cambridge Jr., Anes Gashi, Drilon Hajrizi, Sammy Hunter, Malik Johnson, Larry Thomas, and Batin Tuna for the next season, Trepca signed 29-year-old center Mouhamed Barro.
