Davion Mintz is the fifth summer signing for Filou Oostende. The former player of Kentucky and Creighton in the NCAA spent the first two years of his professional career with Capital City Go-Go in the G League. Moving his talents to the Belgian champions and the Basketball Champions League, the 26-year-old guard will team up with Timmy Allen, Chase Audige, Haris Bratanovic, Servaas Buysschaert, Simon Buysse, Corentin Efono, Pierre Antoine-Gillet, Edney Francisco Manuel, Noah Meeusen, Matthias Tass, and Marcus Zegarowski.
Directly from the NCAA, 24-year-old Tasos Kamateros inked a one-year contract with AEK Betsson. Confirmed new teammates are Nahiem Alleyne, Dimitris Flionis, Grant Golden, Prentiss Hubb, Zois Karampelas, Giannis Kouzeloglou, Mindaugas Kuzminskas, Omiros Netzipoglou, and Alfis Pilavios. Also, Hunter Hale and Giorgos Fillios are expected to be added to the team coached by Dragan Sakota.
Moving up to the Champions League, 21-year-old Otto Farenhorsts joined VEF Riga. The champions and cup winners of Latvia previously confirmed Dairis Bertans, Vyacheslav Bobrov, Rodrigo Bumeisters, Harrison Cleary, Gage Davis, Maris Gulbis, Jaquan Lawrence, Peteris Pinnis, Issuf Sanon, and Kristaps Soldatenoks for the next season.
At 22, Minas Papagiannis joined Promitheas and will debut in the BCL. On the team coached by Ilias Papatheodorou, he will play alongside Nasos Bazinas, Linos Chrysikopoulos, Javin DeLaurier, Elijah Hughes, Antonis Koniaris, Angelos Lagios, Michalis Lountzis, Darius Perry, Nikos Plotas, Nikos Vasileiou, and KJ Williams.
Qualifiers pack
Heading to the Qualification Rounds, Nokia picked up 26-year-old Clevon Brown. Antti Ahonen, Fiifi Aidoo, Max Besselink, Hugo Boman, Xavier Green, Tyrone Lions, Niko Mattila, Tomas Murphy, Aamos Nikula, Santeri Roiko, and Kahron Ross were previously placed on the roster for head coach Greg Gibson.
Fellow Qualifiers outfit ERA Nymburk completed the 2024-25 roster with 24-year-old Nighael Ceaser. Other players are Tylan Birts, Christian Bishop, Jaromir Bohacik, Stephen Brown Jr., Peter Kovacik, Martin Kriz, Tomas Mikyska, Frantisek Rylich, Ondrej Sehnal, JT Shumate, Spencer Svejcar, Matej Svoboda, and Jakub Tuma.
