After averaging 11.9 points per game in the 2023-24 edition of the FIBA Europe Cup with the Rostock Seawolves, Tyler Nelson moved up to the Basketball Champions League via Kolossos H Hotels.

Shortly before launching the 2024-25 campaign, the Greek club announced the addition of the former Fairfield standout on Thursday.

Nelson, 29, landed in Europe with the Seawolves in the second-tier league of Germany in 2020. Since 2022, he competed in the easyCredit BBL. Between 2018 and 2020, he played in the G League with the Greensboro Swarm and Texas Legends.

Sotiris Billis, Giannis Chatzinikolas, Paulius Danusevicius, Gabriel Galvanini, Pavlos Giakai, Andrew Goudelock, Nikos Kamarianos, Iosif Koloveros, Periklis Kouroupakis, Francis Okoro, London Perrantes, Andreas Petropoulos, Diamantis Slaftsakis, Au’Diese Toney, and Michalis Tsairelis were already in for head coach Giorgos Sigalas.

On the first continental assignment in team history, the Rhodes outfit is in Group C of the BCL Regular Season. Lasting original La Laguna Tenerife alongside Karsiyaka and Saint-Quentin are the opponents in a six-game double-legged round-robin schedule.

Amida Brimah to Manresa

On the way to Group G of the Regular Season, BAXI Manresa recently secured the services of 30-year-old Amida Brimah for the next two months. An injury to Bodian Massa led to the arrival of the Ghanaian center.

Other players for head coach Diego Ocampo are Derrick Alston Jr., Emanuel Cate, Cameron Hunt, Guillem Jou, Retin Obasohan, Chuba Ohams, Dani Perez, Alex Reyes, Mario Saint-Supery, Marcis Steinbergs, and Santiago Vescovi.
