The highly-touted French prospect, Nolan Traore, shined in his Basketball Champions League debut.

The 18-year-old guard dominated in Saint Quentin’s 84-54 Regular Season Round 1 victory over Kolossos H Hotels.

Traore scored 27 points with five assists and two steals, without any turnovers, for a game-high PIR of 25.

It seems that his decision to stick with Saint Quentin could prove to be a very good one, despite the fact that there was a lot of interest in him, even from overseas.

It’s worth noting that Khalid Moore followed him with 13 points in the opening win, while Dominick Olejniczak contributed 10 points.

As for Kolossos, only Paulius Danusevicius with 15 and Francis Okoro with 12 points finished in double figures.

Traore stays humble, praises team effort

NBA prospect Nolan Traore shared his thoughts after a head-turning performance, praising his team’s defense.

That was a good game, we played hard for 40 minutes, which was the goal. We did a great job defensively, and we have to stay focused,” Traore said.
