Berrick JeanLouis signed with Peristeri Domino’s for the remainder of the 2024-25 season, the team announced on Monday.
The 25-year-old Haitian guard will debut in the Basketball Champions League. After three NCAA seasons with Iona, he launched his professional career in Greece, joining Panionios for the 2023-24 season and helping the team return to the top-flight division of the country. He averaged 8.4 points and 4.0 assists per contest in the second-tier division of Greece.
Moving to the team coached by Giorgos Limniatis, he will play alongside Neoklis Avdalas, Tobin Carberry, Chris Coffey, Jarell Eddie, C.J. Harris, George Papas, Justin Patton, Stelios Poulianitis, Sotiris Stavrakopoulos, Vassilis Xanthopoulos, and Vangelis Zougris.
Peristeri is down to 0-2 in Group H of the Champions League Regular Season and 2-1 in the Stoiximan GBL.
Two new players for Rasta Vechta
At 0-2 in Group D of the BCL Regular Season and before dropping to 1-3 in Germany’s easyCredit BBL on Saturday, Rasta Vechta completed two roster adjustments.
Following Grant Sherfield’s move to Yalovaspor, Mike Bothwell replaced him on the roster of the team coached by Martin Schiller. The 24-year-old guard scored four points in a losing effort against the Skyliners.
The German club also secured the services of Lithuanian big Benas Griciunas, a veteran of four appearances in the Champions League with Siauliai and Neptunas, to cover for injured Isaiah Cozart.
