Bouncing back in the Basketball Champions League, ERA Nymburk is 3-0 at the midway point of the six-game double-legged round-robin schedule of Group D.
In the fourth week of the Regular Season, the home win against Rasta Vechta was fueled by Jaromir Bohacik.
The 32-year-old Czech shooting guard went on to be named Player of the Week as the winner of a fan vote opposite Zac Seljaas, Otis Livingston II, Martynas Echodas, and Tyler Kalinoski.
The leading star of FIT/One Wurzburg Baskets, Seljaas was the Week 2 standout. Zoltan Perl of Falco Vulcano Szombathely got the remaining nods between the opening week and the third week of the 2024-25 installment of the BCL.
As for the native of Ostrava, he tallied 19 points with 7/14 field goals, including four three-pointers against Vechta in Kralovka Arena on Tuesday. Besides scoring, he contributed eight rebounds en route to a game-high efficiency rating of 23.
A veteran of 74 appearances in the Champions League stemming from two spells with Nymburk, SIG Strasbourg, and Brose Bamberg, Bohacik is up to 12.0 points and 4.8 rebounds per contest over five games this season between the Qualification Rounds and the Regular Season.
On Gameday 4, the Czech champions resume the continental schedule against Vechta in Germany on November 5.
