Another week of Basketball Champions League action is coming, and three more teams are looking forward to staying unbeaten in the Regular Season of the competition, continuing on an excellent run.
It’s the case of last year’s runner-up La Laguna Tenerife, which will visit the tournament’s debutant of Saint-Quentin, in a clash of playmaking generations with Marcelinho Huertas going up against Nolan Traore. In Group C, Karsiyaka wants to follow up with a win over Kolossos in Rhodes.
Dragged by the already two-time BCL Player of the Week Zoltan Perl, Falco could historically start the season at 3-0 if shocks Rytas Vilnius. Reggio Emilia, instead, looks forward to bouncing back in Poland.
The other Italian team competing in this year’s BCL Regular Season is the third side potentially capable of emerging unbeaten in Gameday 3: Bertram Derthona already took down Chemnitz and Manresa, could Benfica be the next victim? In the meantime, Spaniards and Germans fight for second place.
Finally, in Group E, the most balanced of all, we will witness VEF Riga hosting AEK in Latvia, while former champions Telekom Baskets Bonn will play on the road with Maccabi Ramat Gan.
