Promitheas made a strong push for a comeback in the final period, but Galatasaray reacted even more strongly

Galatasaray controlled most of the Basketball Champions League Regular Season Round 4 home match against Promitheas Patras Vikos Cola. However, the Greek side mounted a strong push in the fourth quarter.

The Turkish team fended off Promitheas’ late surge with a 15-0 run, securing the home victory with a final score of 91-74.

Otis Livingston and James Palmer Jr. led the scoring for Galatasaray with 14 points each, while Ebuka Izundu was one rebound shy of a double-double, recording 11 points and nine rebounds for a team-high PIR of 19. Bugrahan Tuncer contributed 10 points and eight assists, while Göksenin Köksal also scored 10 points.

Promitheas’ Jordan Walker stood his ground with 22 points, Wes Iwundu followed with 14 points, and Kenny Williams and Antonios Karagiannidis each contributed 10 points.
