The sixth Team of the Week of the Basketball Champions League Regular Season guarantees a fifth different Player of the Week

Ludvig Hakanson, Jarell Eddie, Paul Lacombe, Marcus Bingham Jr., and David Kravish were placed on the Basketball Champions League Team of the Week.

The standouts and candidates for the Player of the Week nod were announced on Thursday, following exciting BCL action on Tuesday and Wednesday.

A fan vote started to decide the sixth Player of the Week of the Regular Season. Over the first five weeks of the 2024-25 installment of FIBA Europe’s top-tier club continental competition, Zoltan Perl of Falco Vulcano Szombathely got the first and third nods, Zac Seljaas of FIT/One Wurzburg Baskets prevailed in Week 2, Jaromir Bohacik of ERA Nymburk got the fourth distinction, and R.J. Cole of Rytas topped the fan vote of the fifth week.

In Gameday 4 action in Belgrade, Swedish Hakanson scored 12 of his 14 points in the fourth quarter to lead UCAM Murcia over FMP Soccerbet.

In Greece, Eddie tucked in eight triples en route to a 27-point showing as Peristeri Domino’s picked up the first win of the season and slowed down Manisa.

A veteran Champions League star in French swingman Lacombe made all of his shots, three three-pointers, one two-pointer, and six free throws for Nanterre 92 in an away win over Wurzburg.

Towering Bingham tallied 20 points and eight rebounds, pushing Hapoel Netanel Holon to a win against Igokea m:tel.

Kravish packing 15 points was the top performer for defending champion Unicaja in a lopsided win opposite Aliaga Petkimspor.
