A third Basketball Champions League challenge for Brendan Adams.

The 24-year-old combo guard signed with Hapoel Netanel Holon, the team announced on Monday.

He returns to the BCL following nine appearances between VEF Riga and Darussafaka Lassa in the 2023-24 edition of the top-tier club continental competition of FIBA Europe. He averaged 12.2 points, 4.8 assists, and 2.8 rebounds per contest between the Latvian and Turkish clubs.

Joining forces with head coach Guy Goodes, his new side sits at 2-2 in Group A of the Regular Season, tied with Nanterre 92, one game behind FIT/One Wurzburg Baskets, and one game ahead of Igokea m:tel. With two outings remaining in the six-game double-legged round-robin schedule, Hapoel Holon can go from a direct ticket to the Round of 16 to elimination.

Starting the 2024-25 campaign with Samara in the VTB United League, Adams tallied 15.3 points, 4.0 assists, 2.2 rebounds, and 0.5 steals per game over 15 appearances.

Before launching his professional career in Europe, he developed his talents with Connecticut and George Washington in the NCAA.

At WKS Slask Wroclaw, Miodrag Rajkovic was released from his contract upon mutual agreement and Aleksandar Joncevski became the new head coach. After signing a contract for the rest of the season with an option for the 2025-26 season, the 43-year-old tactician takes over with the Polish club on the verge of elimination from the Champions League after an 0-4 start in Group F of the Regular Season.
