Unicaja defeated Oostende to secure first place in Group B with one round remaining

Defending champions Unicaja Malaga booked a place in the Basketball Champions League Round of 16 with one round left in the Regular Season.

The Spanish side defeated Filou Oostende at home, 98-82, improving to 5-0 and joining ERA Nymburk in the next phase as Group B winners.

All 12 players coached by Ibon Navarro got on the scoreboard, with Tyson Carter leading the way with 17 points. Nihad Djedovic followed with 13, David Kravish added 12, and Tyson Perez contributed 10 points.

On the other side, Timmy Allen stood out with 24 points, Davion Mintz followed with 18, and Chase Audige contributed 15. Haris Bratanovic also reached double digits with 11 points as Oostende fell to 2-3.

The Belgian team and Aliaga Petkim will compete in the Play-In stage, while King Szczecin is officially out of contention for progression in the competition.
