BAXI Manresa trailed for more than 30 minutes in Lisbon but eventually defeated SL Benfica on the road.

The Spanish side improved to 4-1 with an 80-91 win, leaving the Portuguese team without a win after five rounds.

Derrick Alston Jr. stole the show with 23 points, leading Manresa to the comeback win in the final quarter, with the hosts even having a 12-point lead.

Emanuel Cate was on the verge of a double-double with 12 points and nine rebounds, while Alex Reyes added 11 points with six rebounds.

On the other side, Nicolas Carvacho scored 14 points with nine boards, Ahmaad Rorie and Aaron Broussard added 12 points each, while Eduardo Francisco contributed 11.

Despite staying winless, Benfica has a chance to advance to the Play-Ins, but they’ll have to record a big win over Niners Chemnitz in the final round, since they lost in Germany 103-75.
