Aubrey Dawkins signed with FIT/One Wurzburg Baskets for the remainder of the 2024-25 season.

The German club, preparing for the Round of 16 of the Basketball Champions League, welcomed the 29-year-old American guard/forward on Tuesday. The newcomer is set to return in the easyCredit BBL before debuting in the BCL.

After topping Group A in the Regular Season, the team coached by Sasa Filipovski placed in Group I of the Round of 16. AEK Betsson and two more teams coming out of the Play-Ins will be the challenges in a bid to qualify for the Quarterfinals. The upcoming six-game double-legged round-robin schedule launches on January 28.

Starting the 2024-25 campaign in the VTB United League, Dawkins tallied 10.2 points per game with Pari Nizhny Novgorod. Earlier in his career, he played in Germany with BG Gottingen and also recorded 23 appearances in the 7DAYS EuroCup between Frutti Extra Bursaspor and Turk Telekom.

On Friday, Galatasaray released David Efianayi. The 29-year-old guard, a former Gardner-Webb standout, averaged 4.5 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per contest over four appearances in the BCL, including two rebounds and two assists in Game 1 of a best-of-three Play-In series versus Saint-Quentin on Tuesday.

In more recent roster adjustments across the Champions League, 22-year-old Frantisek Rylich penned a three-year contract extension with ERA Nymburk, 23-year-old Ahmet Safa Yilmaz left Manisa and will play for Goztepe for the rest of the season, and 25-year-old Omer Poleg parted ways with Maccabi Ramat Gan.
