After parting ways with the Los Angeles Lakers, French forward Armel Traoré will continue his career in the Spanish ACB League with BAXI Manresa.

As officially confirmed, the Frenchman signed a deal until the end of the season, with an option for another year.

Traoré appeared in nine games for the Lakers this season, averaging 7.4 minutes on the court and posting 1.6 points and 1.7 rebounds. He also played for their G League affiliate, the South Bay Lakers.

Before his NBA stint, the 22-year-old played for INSEP’s CFBB, Monaco, Metropolitans 92 alongside Victor Wembanyama, and ADA Blois.

In addition to the ACB League, he will also have a chance to represent Manresa in the Basketball Champions League.

Nymburk adds Ryland Holt for season’s final stretch

Nymburk has signed 23-year-old American winger Ryland Holt from Slovakia’s Nitra Blue Wings to strengthen the squad for the demanding league and Basketball Champions League schedule.

Coach Francesco Tabellini praised Holt’s versatility and defensive ability, noting he can play both forward positions and provide key rotation options. Holt becomes Nymburk’s sixth foreign player, though only five can feature in Czech league games.

In 28 Slovak league games, Holt averaged 9.4 points, 4.7 rebounds, 1.5 steals, and one block. Before Nitra, he was a key player at West Texas A&M in NCAA Division II.
