Basketball Champions League Round of 16 Week 6 Preview

Five berths in the Quarterfinals of the 2024-25 installment of the Basketball Champions League are up for grabs in Gameday 6 of the Round of 16. On Tuesday and Wednesday, eight games spread all around Europe will wrap up the double-legged round-robin schedule leading to the penultimate stage of the season.

The two spots of Group L remain available, as detailed by Eurohoops via every possible outcome for each of the four groups. ERA Nymburk sits strongest, compared to the other contenders, before visiting UCAM Murcia on Wednesday. Taking on winless Falco Vulcano Szombathely in Schaeffler Arena Savaria, Nanterre 92 must prevail and hope for some help from the visitors at Palacio de Deportes.

Carrying a five-game streak at home, Galatasaray and Rytas are looking to secure the second seed of Group J on Tuesday. The Lions will be in with a win against Turkiye Sigorta Basketbol Super Ligi rival Manisa Divissa, but the Vilnius outfit needs a win to combine with an upset in Istanbul.

Snapping a perfect run of qualified La Laguna Tenerife is the demanding requirement for BAXI Manresa to make it through Group K on Tuesday. A direct clash of UnaHotels Reggio Emilia and Aliaga Petkimspor in PalaBigi can instead decide the owner of the second seed.

In Group I, the meeting of Bertram Derthona Tortona and FIT/One Wurzburg Baskets on Wednesday will determine the second team following AEK Betsson to the Quarterfinals. In Greece, the Queen visits the eliminated Promitheas Vikos Cola.
