Murcia officially announced that Ibon Navarro has signed to be the team’s new head coach with a one-year deal.
Navarro will be at the helm during a season where Murcia will compete in two different tournaments: The Spanish League and the Basketball Champions League.
Navarro coached Manresa during the previous season. He has also been a head coach of Baskonia for the second leg of the 2014/2015 season following prior multi-year experience with the club as an assistant.
