The 30 years old Ukrainian big man who has played for four years in the NBA (2007-2011), having a contract with the Utah Jazz, moved last summer to his current club.
He has also played for Cantu in Italy, for Monaco in France and for Avtodor Saratov and Lokomotiv Kuban in the VTB United league. He started his career in his home country with Azovmash Mariupol and Cherkaski Monkeys.
