20 teams will participate in Qualification Round 1, with the winning team of each pairing moving to Qualification Round 2, where there will be an additional 10 teams awaiting them.
The 10 winners of the Qualification Round 2 matchups are guaranteed spots in the FIBA Europe Cup Regular Season.
32 teams will compete in the FIBA Europe Cup Regular Season, with up to 22 teams joining the FIBA Europe Cup Regular Season from the Basketball Champions League Qualification Rounds.

Qualification Round 1 games will be played on Wednesday 20 September, with the return leg one week later.
Qualification Round 2 games will be played on Wednesday 4 October, with the return leg games again coming a week later.
The seeded teams in both Qualification Rounds will always play the return leg at home.
